Sometimes you might need a copy of your invoice—for example, to hand over to your finance department, for tax purposes, or simply to keep a clear record of your payments. While invoices are always sent via email, you don’t have to worry if one goes missing or you need to re-download it. You can easily access all your past invoices directly from the Octoparse AI User Center. Here’s how.

Downloading Your Invoice

1. Log in to the User Center

Start by signing in to your Octoparse AI User Center. This is where all your account and billing information is stored.

2. Open the Orders & Invoices section

Once you’re in, navigate to Orders & Invoices. Here you’ll see a list of all your past subscription payments.

3. Choose the invoice you need

Find the order that matches the billing period you’re looking for. Next to it, you’ll see an Invoice option—click on it to continue.

4. Fill in your billing information (if prompted)

If you haven’t set up your billing information before, a small pop-up will appear asking you to complete those details. Don’t worry—you only need to do this once, and it cannot be skipped. Once it’s done, your invoice will be generated.

5. Save your invoice as a PDF

Simply click Print and select Save as PDF. That way, you’ll have a copy saved on your computer for future reference.

A Few Extra Notes

Invoices you download from the User Center are always generated in PDF format, which makes them easy to store, share, or upload to your company’s accounting system.

Do keep in mind that invoices for Free Trial plans won’t appear in your User Center. Those are issued directly by our payment platform and sent to you via email instead. If you need to locate a trial invoice, we recommend searching your inbox first. And if you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us at [email protected]—our team will be happy to help.

Finally, if you run into any trouble while downloading or opening your invoice, or if something doesn’t look right, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to make sure you always have smooth access to your billing records.
