Octoparse AI uses a subscription-based billing model. Once you purchase any of our plans or sign up for a 14-day trial, you will be enrolled and billed monthly or annually based on the plan you choose.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period to ensure continuous access to our tool. If you want to terminate your subscription, remember to do so at least one day before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
How to cancel your subscription/trial?
Note:
Canceling a subscription CANNOT be done inside the Octoparse software. You'll need to log in to our website.
Once you have canceled, you will get an email confirming the cancellation. If you do not receive it, please contact us at [email protected].
Steps to Cancel:
1. Log in to your account in the user center.
2. Go to Plan & Subscription.
3. Click Cancel Subscription.
4. Confirm by clicking Cancel Now.
What if the cancel button can not be found?
If you can't find the Cancel Subscription option, it might be due to one of the following reasons:
Your account is on a free plan.
Your card information has been removed from your Payment Settings (you won't be charged if this is the case).
The subscription has already been canceled.
If you're unsure, contact us at [email protected] to confirm your subscription has status.
Important Notes:
The first month's fee after your 14-day trial ends is non-refundable. For more details, please check our refund policy here.
You will still have access to your premium trial until it expires after the cancelation.
