Clear Formatting in Excel

Overview

This app allows you to remove all formatting (bold, underline, italics, colors, superscript, subscript, etc.) from selected cells in an Excel file. Once the process completes, the text in those cells will revert to the default format.

How to Use

1. Download the app from Octoparse AI app store.

2. Launch the app in your list.

   

   1.  Parameter Description

      

      1. FilePath: Choose the Excel file you want to modify or enter the file path directly.

   2.  Click "Run application"

3. Output

   The app will clear the formatting of the selected cells. These cells will return to the default style.

   

Notes

• Follow the instructions in the pop-up message to select the cell range you want to clear.

• After selecting the cell range, do not use the mouse or keyboard while the app is running to avoid interruptions.
