This app helps you automatically send personalized emails via Gmail using templates from Google Sheets or Excel. Just prepare a template with the required fields—the app handles the rest and logs the send time for easy tracking. How to Use

First time using an Octoparse AI app?

Make sure you’ve installed the Octoparse AI client and completed the setup—including installing and enabling the browser extension—before running this app.

1. Download the app from Octoparse AI app store.

2. (Optional) Customize the workflow.

This app allows you to customize it to create your own LinkedIn workflow. Simply click the "Edit" button next to the app in your list to open the workflow editor.

3. Launch the app in your list.

       1.Parameter Description

      1. Browser: Select the browser where the app will run. Make sure you are logged into your Google account in the selected browser.
      2. Template source: Select where to import the email content template from.
      3. Import Excel template: Upload an Excel file that contains your preset email content. Make sure the file follows the required format.
      4. Google client ID: Enter your Google client ID to connect and authorize access to your Google Sheet. This is only required if you are importing templates from a Google Sheet.
      5. Google client secret: Enter your Google client Secret to complete the authentication with Google Sheets. This is only required if you are using a Google Sheet to import email templates.
      6. Google Sheet link: Paste the link to your Google Sheet that contains the email templates. Make sure the sheet is shared properly and includes all required fields.
      7. Sheet name: Enter the name of the sheet (e.g., "Sheet1") in your Google Sheet that contains the email templates.
      8. Browser ID: If "Browser" is specified as AdsPower/Bit, enter browser ID here.

4. Output

Sends emails based on your template settings, and writes the sender address and actual send time back to the original file for easy tracking.

Notes

  • Do not use the mouse or keyboard while the app is running to avoid interruptions.
  • Ensure the Octoparse AI extension for your selected browser is installed and enabled.
  • Make sure your template includes all the required fields as shown in the screenshot. If you want to send the same email to multiple recipients, separate their email addresses with a semicolon (;).

  • Please log in to Gmail in the selected browser before running the app to ensure smooth email sending.
