LinkedIn Event Guests Export

Overview

This app automates the collection of attendee data from LinkedIn events you're participating in. It gathers key details such as full name, job title, location, education level, and LinkedIn profile URL, helping you make the most of your networking opportunities. Ideal for networking, sales, and event organizers, this tool helps you build and manage valuable professional connections.

How to Use

1. Download the app from Octoparse AI app store.

2. Launch the app in your list.

   

   1. Parameter Description

      

      1. EventUrls: Select the file containing event urls that you want to scrape. The event urls should start from the second row of the first column, with the first row being the header. The event urls should follow this format: https://www.linkedin.com/events/****

         

      2. ExportPath: Select where to export the data.

      3. PageCount: Enter how many page to scrape from each event, 10 guests per result page.

   2. Click "Run application"

3. Output

   The app collects the following fields for each attendee: full name (first and last), job title, location, degree, LinkedIn profile URL, and profile image URL. Each time the app runs, a new Excel file is generated and saved to the specified file path. The file includes the collected data, timestamp, and query used, as well as an error field to help troubleshoot any issues during data collection.

   

Notes

• Please log into your LinkedIn account in the specified browser beforehand and ensure the browser is in full-screen mode while the app is running.

• Do not use the mouse or keyboard while the app is running to avoid interruptions.

• Please adhere to LinkedIn’s automation rate limits and manage the number of event guests you extract daily. It's recommended to start with a small number and gradually increase.
