Octoparse - Twitter Scraper (by keywords)

Overview

This template allows you to update parameters of the Twitter Scraper (by Keywords) task with one click and start the task.

Features include:

• Automatically reading logged-in Twitter cookies from the browser, eliminating the need to run the Get Twitter Cookies template in Octoparse.

• Automatically updating saved Twitter Scraper (by Keywords) task parameters and starting the task.

How to Use

1. Find this application in the application list and click to start !

Input

• BrowserType: The type of browser logged into Twitter, supporting Chrome or Edge

• OctoparseLoginName: Octoparse username

• OctoparsePassword: Octoparse password

• TaskId: The task ID created by the saved Twitter Scraper (by Keywords) template

• Keywords: Keywords for Twitter search

• StartDate: The start date of the tweet display time range, corresponding to the Start time parameter in the task

• EndDate: The end date of the tweet display time range, corresponding to the End time parameter in the task

Note

1. The Octoparse account must be PRO plan or above, otherwise the Octoparse task cannot be started.

2. The Keywords parameter can input up to 1000 keywords, one per line.
