Excel Sheets Merger

Overview

The app allows you to consolidate multiple sheets from an Excel file into a single sheet. Simply select the file you want to merge, and the app will combine all sheets with matching formats. After merging, you can choose to export the combined data to a new worksheet within the original file or to a specified folder. This is especially useful when working with files that contain similarly structured data across different sheets.

How to Use

1. Download the app from Octoparse AI app store.

2. Launch the app in your list.

   

   1. Parameter Description

      

      1. File Path: Provide the absolute path to the Excel file you want to import (supports .xlsx format), such as “D:\Sample sheets.xlsx”. If left blank, the currently active Excel file will be selected.

      2. Export Data Path: Specify the path where you want the merged data to be saved, for example, "D:\Sample". If left blank, a new worksheet will be created in the imported Excel file to store the data.

      3. pages: The number of pages to scrape for each keyword (each page contains 120 products).

   2. Click "Run application"

3. Output

   The app will create a new sheet for the merged data. If you specify an export path, it will also create a new Excel file in that location.

   

Notes

• During the app's operation, please avoid using the mouse or keyboard to prevent interruptions.

• If merging an already opened Excel file, make sure to save your data beforehand to avoid any unexpected loss.
